Payment for digital products is processed securely through the payment provider Stripe. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on the servers of this website.

Upon completion of payment, the digital product is immediately available for download. An invoice is automatically sent by email.
Advisory services are invoiced following engagement and service delivery. The standard payment term is 30 days. Online payment methods apply exclusively to digital products and not to consulting mandates.
All prices are net prices plus statutory value added tax. A proper invoice with itemized sales tax is automatically generated and sent by email. For orders from other EU countries, the reverse charge procedure applies, provided a valid VAT identification number is provided.
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital products. For immediately available digital products, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of download, provided express consent has been given. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.
The entire payment process is SSL-encrypted and processed through the PCI-certified provider Stripe. Entered payment data is not stored on the servers of this website.
